Due to the nature of scheduled pet care and yard services, time slots are reserved in advance as part of a structured service route.
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
- Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice: No charge
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours: May be subject to a partial service fee (up to 50%)
- Same-day cancellations: Subject to a full service charge (100%)
This policy ensures that reserved time and route placement are respected, as last-minute changes prevent rebooking that time.
