Paws & Pasture Care by Sharon provides personalized Event Pet Care for occasions when you'd like your pet to participate — or simply need someone dependable caring for them while the event is taking place.

From transportation and on-site handling to walks, potty breaks, feeding, photo assistance, and returning your pet home afterward, service is customized around your event and your pet.

On-Site Pet Attendant

When your pet is attending an event, having someone dedicated to them means you don't have to continually wonder who has the leash or when they last went outside.

Depending on your event, on-site care may include:

• Leash handling

• Walks and potty breaks

• Fresh water

• Feeding when scheduled

• Treats provided or approved by the owner

• Supervision

• Quiet breaks away from crowds

• Managing your pet between scheduled activities

• Basic cleanup associated with your pet

• Assistance moving your pet between areas of the venue

• Coordination with designated event professionals when appropriate

Transportation to & From the Event

Need your pet at the event for only part of the day?

Transportation may be incorporated into your service.

Depending on the arrangement, I may pick your pet up from home or another agreed-upon location, transport them to the event, remain with them during their scheduled participation, and return them home or to another approved location afterward.

This can allow your pet to be part of an important moment without requiring them to remain at a busy event for hours.

Photos & Special Moments

If your pet is needed for family portraits, promotional photography, engagement photos, event photos, or another scheduled moment, I can help manage them before, during, and after their portion.

Assistance may include leash handling, helping position the pet when appropriate, getting their attention, providing breaks, and moving them away from the photography area once they're finished.

Care Away From the Event

Sometimes the best option is for your pet not to attend.

If you're hosting an event at home, entertaining guests, or spending a long day away at a celebration, scheduled pet care may be arranged separately so your pet can remain comfortable in their normal environment.

Depending on your needs, this may include walks, drop-in visits, feeding, companionship, or other appropriate care.

When Guests Bring Pets

If multiple animals will be attending, please let me know beforehand.

Additional animals can change the level of supervision and planning required, particularly when pets do not normally live together.

Temperament, space, introductions, food, toys, resource guarding, and opportunities for quiet breaks may all need to be considered.

Event Pet Care does not function as an uncontrolled group-play or off-leash daycare service.

Your Pet's Comfort Comes First

Crowds, music, unfamiliar locations, children, other animals, and changes in routine can be overwhelming for some pets.

We'll discuss your pet's temperament and event experience beforehand.

If your pet becomes excessively stressed or a situation becomes unsafe, their participation may be modified or ended in favor of a quieter environment.

Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for confirming that animals are permitted at the venue and for providing any applicable pet policies or restrictions before the event.

Appropriate collars, harnesses, leashes, carriers, food, medication, and other pet-specific supplies should be provided unless another arrangement has been made in advance.

Event Pet Care is custom quoted based on the actual event and level of assistance required.
